  • No processing or shipping on weekends or public holidays.

Important Shipping Guidelines

  • Final Orders: Once an order is placed, no modifications can be made, including product changes, shipping method updates, or cancellations.

  • Signature Requirement: Some deliveries may require a signature upon arrival for security. If unavailable, you can request a hold at a local FedEx location for pickup.

  • A tracking link will be sent via email once your package ships.

Shipping Delays & Policies

  • We strive for timely deliveries, but unexpected shipping delays are beyond our control. Refunds are not provided for carrier-related delays.

  • If your package is delayed, kindly contact the shipping carrier first to resolve the issue before reaching out to us.

  • Missed hair appointments due to delays are not our responsibility.

  • No PO Box Deliveries: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Orders with PO Box addresses will be canceled automatically.

  • Lost or Misdelivered Packages: We are not liable for misplaced, lost, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

  • Return-to-Sender Costs: All return shipping fees are non-refundable, including failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Tracking Your Shipment

  • Once your package ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email for real-time updates.

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. If you require extra security, contact us to add shipping insurance.

Address Accuracy & Reshipment

  • Ensure that the shipping address is correct before confirming your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may request a reshipment after covering additional shipping costs.

International Shipping Guidelines

  • Estimated Delivery: International orders typically take 5-7 business days for delivery.

  • Customs & Import Fees: The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and additional charges imposed by their home country.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Customers must handle customs documentation and clearance independently.
