At Adorable Raw Hair, we take pride in offering high-quality hair extensions and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and exchange policy provides a smooth and straightforward process.

3-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange eligible products within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Unused & Unaltered: The hair must remain in its original condition, without any changes such as cutting, dyeing, bleaching, or installation.

  • Security Ties Intact: Returns are only accepted if the original security ties are still attached. Once removed, the product becomes ineligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Original Packaging: The hair must be returned in its original packaging and resalable condition.

Important Considerations Before Use

  • Inspect Upon Arrival: Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there are any concerns, reach out to us before making any modifications.

  • Pre-Installation Checks: We recommend washing, conditioning, and styling the hair while it remains secured with the original ties to confirm satisfaction.

  • Licensed Professional Installation: To maintain product integrity, we suggest seeking a licensed professional stylist for installation and maintenance advice.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Hair that has been cut, colored, chemically treated, or installed.

  • Products that have been altered from their original condition in any way.

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.

  • Custom orders that were specially made upon request.

Post-Installation Policy

Once the hair is used, installed, or altered, Adorable Raw Hair is no longer responsible for any concerns, including:

  • Changes in texture, tangling, or shedding caused by improper handling or maintenance.

  • Color results that differ from expectations due to personal dyeing or bleaching processes.

  • Damage from incorrect installation techniques.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us at adorablerawhair@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery to receive return approval and further instructions.

  2. Ship the Product: Once approved, return the item using a tracked shipping service and provide us with the tracking details.

  3. Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving and verifying the product’s condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy & Shipping Charges

  • Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order was shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Transaction Fees: Any transaction processing fees from payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Affirm, credit card processors) are non-refundable.

  • Incorrect Addresses: If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer must cover reshipping fees.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will only cover the product price, excluding any shipping or customs-related expenses.
