INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Adorable Raw Hair is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in India. Meaning that these fees are not included in your order total. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are not collected nor go to Adorable Raw Hair. This is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local courier or government in order to receive your order.Â
We cannot claim responsibility for any shipments rejected by the buyer and cannot accept any returns.Â
Adorable Raw Hair cannot claim responsibility if your product is damaged in transit once shipped. We cannot claim responsibility for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather conditions, and/or any courier delays.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm that the address provided is accurate and correct before shipment. You must contact us directly for any modifications and cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate changes, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
MISSING ORDERS:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the local courier services directly. Please note that Adorable Raw Hair cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made by the courier service. This includes instances where tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but cannot be retrieved, as well as situations where the package is lost or items are stolen while in transit.
